About the Role:

Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced professional to join its Operations division as an Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting financial transactions, implementing effective controls, managing risks, and fostering strong client relationships. The position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, risk-aware, and ready to step into a leadership-support capacity.

About the Division:

The Operations division at Morgan Stanley works closely with business units across the Firm to deliver seamless financial services. Associates in this division contribute by ensuring processes run efficiently, risks are identified and mitigated, and teams are supported in execution and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute complex processes and support Team Managers in coordinating projects, risks, and workflows.
• Identify risks in daily processes and recommend improvements.
• Train junior team members, allocate tasks, and provide first-line escalation support.
• Share expertise across teams and build strong relationships across the Firm.
• Contribute to team output and development while ensuring operational excellence..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
